Intention

INTENTION is about harnessing and organizing thought, leading to greater action. It is a level of determination that is beyond goal setting. The stronger our intention is, the greater the result. Intention is about taking consistent action.

  1. set the intention
  2. review the intention based on feedback
  3. systematically eliminate distractions
  4. take consistent action to accomplish the intention
