I think one of the hardest things in life learn is to learn how to communicate well under stress and even duress! When you're stressed, especially if another person is involved, communication is far more difficult and often something we want to avoid entirely.
Unless you are a Buddha, people are going to stress you out - that's just a fact.
When you're able to communicate well, even while others are getting on your nerves, you'll find that life isn't nearly as stressful.
Learning how to talk to people in stressful situations takes both self-awareness and situational awareness. Being aware of how you're feeling and what's making you feel a certain way, is invaluable. lt will allow you to express yourself in a more appropriate manner and begin the process of turning you into an amazing communicator!
