Today’s guest is Rachel Jones, a professional golfer and fun, engaging soul! Rachel, like most athletes, started playing sports at a young age. She began with basketball and eventually decided to focus exclusively on golf.
A graduate of UNC ‘17, Rachel is a fierce competitor and a force to be reckoned with on and off the course.
Rachel and I addressed the challenging yet exciting aspects of being on the road as a professional athlete striving to make it to the next level.
Touring can be fun but also exhausting. Rachel learned to take a break every so often to avoid burning out physically and emotionally.
Just as in life, sometimes we need to take time out, reflect more and do less. Self-care, whether you’re on tour or not, is fundamental to long-term success in sports, life, and business.
If you have any questions you'd like me to answer send an email here, and I'll make sure to address you personally!
