As Dr. Brett says, delivering feedback is not something easy to do. But, when a certain thing is affecting a relationship or someone's life in a negative way you have to speak about that problem. But, you have to learn to do it in a graceful way that doesn't make the other person feel uncomfortable. The only way to deliver feedback gracefully is by practicing it, and it should only be done with people that want your feedback.
