Dr. Brett offers some tips to help you sleep better at night and be able to get up in time to accomplish everything you have in mind. There are two important steps to follow for this. Firstly, you have to make the decision to get up early and make it happen no matter what. Secondly, you have to understand your sleeping patterns and make small changes that can have huge effects. For example, drinking before going to bed can easily interfere with your sleeping and make it more difficult for you to get up in the morning.
Dr. Brett, Westport Psychologist, has over 30,000 hours experience in working with clients.
