I wanted to send a quick message about honoring yourself.
When you honor yourself, you wan to honor yourself both mentally and physically. Sometimes, we get so caught up in working on our mental game, we forget to check in with our body.
Anxiety, nausea and sometimes even pain can be excellent indicators that something might wrong emotionally.
Checking in on yourself can be as simple as sitting still and just focusing on your body and how it feels.
I encouage you to check in on your body daily, especially when things are going right, so that you will be able to immediately feel when something goes wrong.
