Constantly comparing yourself with others can often be frustrating, especially when you are the less successful one. When you are around successful people, Dr. Brett believes that the key is to become aware that you are comparing and that your self-esteem gets damaged, and at the same time it is important to be able to unhook from it and become more present and focused on the here now.
Dr. Brett, Fairfield Psychologist, has over 30,000 hours experience in working with clients.
